Transportation from SeaTac Airport to the University District:

  There are a variety of rental car options available from both on-airport and off-airport locations. Rental Car Options
• Taxi Cabs
  Go to the Ground Transportation Center in the baggage claim area at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to catch a cab to your hotel. Cab fare from the airport into the city ranges from $25 to $35 (plus gratuity).

  • Yellow Cab (206) 789-4949. $2.50 initial drop, then $2.50 per mile, and $.50 per minute wait time. www.yellowtaxi.net

Seattle-Area Transportation Options

• METRO Transit
  (206) 287-8463 (press 0) for 24-hour bus route information. Information is also available at their web site transit.metrokc.gov.
• Shuttle Express
  (206) 622-1424. Provides transportation to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, 24 hours a day. At the airport parking garage, go to the third floor (in the center of the garage behind the Ground Transportation Desk). Inside the airport terminal, look for the red and black signs. The cost to or from downtown Seattle is $28.75 for up to two people, $4 more for a third person. Call one day in advance to make a reservation for transportation to the airport (call three days in advance before holidays). www.shuttleexpress.com
