Speaker InformationLength of Oral PresentationsPlenary = 45 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussionInvited = 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion Contributed = 16 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for discussion Speaker SetupThe conference will provide a projector and a 4-way switch box with VGA cables, but no computer. So please bring your own laptop (contact the conference organizers if you can not bring your own laptop). At each break all speakers in the next portion of the program are requested to setup their laptops and connect them to one of the 4 VGA cables from the switch box . This will minimize transition time between speakers.Oral Session LocationAll oral sessions will be located in the Genome Sciences Auditorium in the basement level of the south wing of the Foege building. |
