Poster InformationPoster SizeMaximum vertical size = 45 inchesMaximum horizontal size = 45 inches (Note: The horizontal maximum is a slight decrease from the 48 inches that was initially posted on the website. If you have not printed off your poster we would appreciate it if you could adhere to the new dimensions when printing your poster. If you have already printed your poster it is not necessary to reprint it, the poster will just extend beyond the poster board by 2-3 inches.) Poster ViewingPosters will be able for viewing on Monday, August 25th and Tuesday, Aug 26th at the morning breaks, lunches and afternoon breaks. You are not required to stand by your posters during these time periods. There will be a poster reception on Tuesday, August 26th from 5:15 to 7:30pm. Please plan to spend time at your poster during this time period.Poster Session LocationAll posters will be located in Foege N130A.Poster Setup and TeardownAll posters are to be put up before the morning break on Monday, August 25th. Foege 130A will be open starting at 7:30am on August 25th for poster setup. Pins will be provided for attaching posters to the poster boards. Location for each poster will be identified by signs on the poster boards. All posters are to be removed after the poster reception on Tuesday evening. |
